Refund and Return Policy

At Paylit Technology Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • It must include all tags, labels, and original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, shapewear)

  • Health & personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Items purchased under clearance or final sale


3. Required Documents

To process your return, you must provide a proof of purchase, such as:

  • Original invoice

  • Order confirmation email

Note: Do not send your purchase back to the product manufacturer.


4. Partial Refunds

We may approve partial refunds in these cases:

  • Items returned after 30 days but within 45 days (case-by-case)

  • Items with missing parts not due to our error


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account.

  2. Contact your card issuer—some banks take time to reflect refunds.

7. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

  • To exchange, contact us at info@sharafashionhub.com with your order ID and item details.

  • Upon confirmation, send the product to the return address below.


8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale, discounted, or promotional items are non-refundable.


9. Return Shipping

All return shipments must be sent to:

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
